*Systems Coaching (ORSC™ – Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching) — is based on Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching™, and more. At its core is the study of Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI).
The basic idea of RSI is the redirection of focus from the individuals within the system, to the whole system as an entity in itself. • Received TSLIP** COLLABORATION AWARD for exceptional organization and facilitation of the forum Hire-Retain-Advance Internationally Trained Professionals. The forum brought together representatives of companies, immigrant-serving organizations, and professional associations to identify needs, challenges, barriers, and brainstorm potential solutions. The Forum Report was distributed to all 41 member organizations members and 300+ subscribers.
**TSLIP=Toronto South Local immigration Partnership

• Organized and facilitated the HR Working Group – Adjusting to the Future of Work, enabling HR professionals to collaboratively tackle current HR challenges, and brainstorm innovative approaches to adapt the workforce and internal policies for the future of work.

• Successfully orchestrated the strategic session for the Immigrant Writers Association (IWA). Skillfully lead the leadership team to overcome critical HR and operational issues. Spearheaded the seamless transition of leadership, overseeing the succession planning process from the outgoing IWA president and Board of Directors to the new leadership team.
