We use a multidisciplinary and wholistic approach to help clients get clarity, identify areas of improvement, and strategies specific to their needs and purpose.
Although teaching and coaching have their own benefits, our programs bring both styles together: provide information (usually associated with teaching) with an interdisciplinary focus, and facilitate learning through self-discovery experiential techniques (used in coaching).

Gabriela Casineanu

Gabriela Casineanu is a certified professional coach, university instructor, trainer, consultant, MBTI® certified practitioner, and award-winning author of Introverts: Leverage Your Strengths for an Effective Job Search, Quiet Lessons for the Introvert’s Soul, and 14 more books.
An introvert with a broad background — engineering, IT, quality assurance, business, marketing, career coaching, teaching, consulting, and entrepreneurship — Gabriela helped thousands of introverted professionals to enhance their personal and professional lives.
Although her career started in engineering, adding an MBA in Small Business and a career shift to coaching (2006), her creative and curious soul found ways of artistic expression (writing, art photography, intuitive painting), workshop design and facilitation, and creative problem solving using various coaching techniques and her expertise.
A frequent guest speaker on topics related to introversion, career development, effective communication, successful mindset, business growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship, Gabriela is passionate about helping introverts become more resilient and build more meaningful lives… and the world, to leverage better the strengths of both introverts and extroverts for a better future.
For more than a decade, her daily meditation practice, a keen interest in human nature and wholistic health, made Gabriela discover and develop wellbeing techniques that integrate a mind-body-spirit approach to into her work.

How Introverts Academy started

With a decade of experience in applying a coaching approach to employment and career counseling, Gabriela Casineanu noticed a need for customizing job search and career development strategies based on personality type — since introversion and extroversion have complementary innate strengths, equally valuable. 
Although the professional environment values the characteristics of extroverts more, she realized that the introvert strengths (i.e. strategic thinking, ability to manage complex situations, creative problem solving, cooperation…) could also help the public, private, and nonprofit sector organizations to navigate more skillfully the ever-changing economic environment, build better communities and economic development.

We often hear there’s a significant labour shortage, in Canada at least. However, there is a hidden talent pool that is often ignored or marginalized. As a report issued by Psychometrics Canada (based on 58.000 MBTI® tests) shows, 48% are introverts. 
Encouraged by the positive feedback received for her award-winning books, training, coaching, and the sold-out presentations she gave on this topic—at Cannexus (Canada’s National Career Development Conference), Toronto West Local Immigration Partnerships (Professional Development Day), … — Gabriela started the Introverts Academy in 2022. Using a wholistic approach, combined with teaching and coaching techniques for long-lasting learning, the Introverts Academy continues to expand its offerings to make an impact at four levels mentioned in above (in the Who benefits from the Introverts Academy section).
